Important Notes
Automatic Post Expiration
Posts will automatically be tagged as cancelled if no rider is found and 1 hour has passed since the post creation.
Booking: Pick-up Date & Time
Posts which has past dates as its pick-up date and time will not be accepted by Lalamove and will be marked as
RETURNED.
Rider Pick-up
A Lalamove rider can choose to pick-up an order around 30 minutes of the post’s pick-up date & time.
Serviceable Areas
The accepted values for Pick-up and Delivery Province is based on Lalamove’s Serviceable Areas
Tracking Number/URL and status of the post
Lalamove updates the status of the post to ASSIGNING_RIDER upon successfully receiving the post on their end
Once the post has been tagged as accepted -> ASSIGNING_RIDER, the Tracking Number/ Tracking URL will be updated
