Important Notes
Automatic Post Expiration
Posts will automatically be tagged as CANCELLED if the status of post created was not updated by Lalamove within 10 minutes.
Booking: Pick-up Date & Time
* Posts which has past dates as its pick-up date and time will not be accepted by Lalamove and will be marked as RETURNED.
* Lalamove’s system books orders with the post’s pick-up date and time adjusted to the nearest 10th minute.
e.g. An order with a pick-up date and time of Sept. 1, 2020, 2:23 PM will be booked at Sept. 1, 2020, 2:30 PM
Rider Pick-up
A Lalamove rider can choose to pick-up an order around 30 minutes of the post’s pick-up date & time.
Serviceable Areas
The accepted values for Pick-up and Delivery Province is based on Lalamove’s Serviceable Areas
Tracking
Once the post has been tagged as ACCEPTED, Tracking Number and Tracking URL will be updated.
